Downtown Winter Garden

This week there will be a meeting with the City of Winter Garden to discuss events held in the City and gather merchant feedback on the events. 

This is a special meeting ALL merchants are invited to have their voices heard.  Up until now, only merchants belonging to the Association have had a say in the events held in the city.

I'll attend to represent our event - you do not need to attend.

I need your help:

• Attend today's cruise-in
• Bring a note/letter expressing your positive feelings about the event and drop it off at the WJBJ Sound Trailer: (why do you choose to cruise Downtown Winter Garden, what make's it special, how successful you feel it is after almost 7 years, etc.)
• As you shop and dine, encourage merchants to attend the City Manager's Meeting.  It's not a meeting about us, it's about events as a whole in the downtown. No need to politic (please don't). 
• Keep your receipt for any purchases you make (shops or restaurants)
• Turn your receipts in at the WJBJ sound trailer - showing the dollars we bring to the City will be a great thing to share

This type of opportunity doesn't happen often.  Your support is very important as the City collects feedback and makes decisions about events that will be held in the City moving forward.
