Annual School Supply DriveAs announced last Saturday at the Downtown Winter Garden Cruise-In, we're back again this year, pulling out the stops so we can send our local kids back to school with the supplies they need!!
We need your help. Listed below you'll find the location of the donation drop-off location and the supplies needed by the kids for their classes. Bring a backpack stocked with supplies or what ever items you can afford to donate. We appreciate the support you provide.
Where? Downtown Winter Garden - During the Downtown Cruise-In
When? August 16, 4:00-8:00 pmDrop-off location? Corner of South Boyd and Plant Street at the WJBJ Sound Booth.
(If you don't think you can make the event that day, drop off supplies at ANY WJBJ event and we will deliver them for you!)

Thank you to Sam for pinch-hitting at the Downtown Groveland 4th of July Car Show and thanks also goes to Greg at Old Town for keeping things rolling along smoothly on Old Town radio. Bob J. was ready to support in WInter Haven as well...Thank you all!

Registration opens at 4:00, trophies and CASH give aways begin at 8:00 at the fountain. MUST BE PRESENT at the fountain to win trophies and CASH.
Streets are blocked at 3:30 pm for show vehicles - Please be patient as volunteers help to change the traffic flow and prepare the streets for our arrival.
FREE! Please register your car so we can get an accurate count of vehicles.
50/50 Raffle - Half of the 50/50 will be awarded to one ticket holder, the other half of the 50/50 pays the expenses needed to continue this cruise - thank you for your support! You make this cruise special, thank you for choosing to cruise Winter Garden.

Old Town Anniversary Cruise - Update
Old Town 24th Anniversary Cruise welcomes 458 classic cars 1974 to celebrate 24 years of cruising Saturday Nites on the red-brick streets.
After many hours of meetings and with the help of a team of dedicated individuals this anniversary came to life.Great displays on the bricks throughout the day: Gingerbread/Grundy Insurance, Daytona Beach Street Rods Turkey Run Raffle Car, Batman and Iron Man motorcycles, the Iron Man armor, Amalie Oil Dragster and Gunslinger monster truck to name a few.
Over $800 was given away in the 50/50, over $400 in CASH and many great door prizes were given away to registered cruisers. Thanks goes out to event sponsors O'Reilly's Auto Parts and Amalie Oil for providing the awesome prizes!
Special thanks also to Winn Dixie for providing a wonderful buffet for the cruise staff and anniversary cruise support team.
T-shirts and license plates are available at the General store while supplies last. Shirts only $15 and plates are $11.95.
